To ensure the fair, timely, and quality care for our patients, our clinic strictly enforces a “No Show / Cancellation Policy". If you have any questions please let us know.
24-Hour Notice Required: Our practice requires that for non-emergency situations, you must notify us at least one business day (24 hours) in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so within this time frame will be recorded as a "No Show" appointment.
Cancellation Method: Cancellations cannot be made via voicemail or email. Please contact our office directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-Day Bookings: If you book an appointment within a 24-hour period and subsequently cancel, the no-show policy applies immediately.
Late Arrivals: Arriving later than halfway through your scheduled appointment time may necessitate rescheduling for a later time or another day.
Termination Warning: You will receive a termination warning notice upon your third or fourth "No Show." On the fifth "No Show" within a two-year period, we reserve the right to terminate your patient account and refuse service. No-shows older than two years will not be counted towards this termination policy.
